Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

A 30-day return policy applies. This allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

Return Conditions

As we offer on-demand (made-to-order) products, we only accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

Eligible for Return:

  • Print quality issues (color discrepancies, printing defects, etc.)
  • Damaged products
  • Wrong product received
  • Clear size issues

Required for Returns:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (showing the problem area)

Return Process

If you wish to return a product due to quality issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our contact form

  2. Please provide the following information:

    • Order number
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Photos of the product (showing the problem area)
  3. After our review, we will report the quality issue to Printful

  4. If approved, we will send you a free replacement

  5. If a return is required, we will provide you with a return label and instructions

Important: If a return is necessary, the product must be returned to the originating Printful facility. The return address will be provided after order confirmation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Customer preference returns (dislike of design, wrong size selection, etc.)
  • Products after wearing/use (when there are no quality issues)
  • Products ordered more than 30 days ago
  • Sale items and gift cards

Important: All our products are on-demand items that are printed and created after your order. For environmental protection and cost reduction, we cannot accept returns unless there are quality issues with the product.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Exceptions under EU consumer protection law may apply for on-demand products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
