Production typically takes 2-5 business days, with a total delivery time of 5-15 business days including shipping. Product type, order volume, busy periods, and other circumstances may require additional time. Detailed delivery estimates will be provided upon order confirmation.

Section 3 - Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Gokigen Days reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until Gokigen Days confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please review your order carefully before confirmation. Once an order is accepted, Gokigen Days may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.

Returns or exchanges of your purchases will only be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
